Individuals seek out therapy because they are experiencing emotional dysregulation, feeling confusion and frustration, and are desperate for resolve and understanding. They notice that their emotional struggles are getting in the way of their daily functioning and are negatively impacting their relationships with others. Some therapists focus on the client's symptoms and offer helpful tools to deal with the negative effects of depression, PTSD, anxiety, or addiction. Unfortunately, most therapists are only dealing with the symptoms of the problem, and not the problem itself. Individual trauma therapy sessions are designed to find and treat the root cause of your suffering. After the root cause is determined, an individualized treatment plan is created in order to give that individual hope and even a foreseeable 'end' to their treatment. ART trauma therapy combined with talk therapy will be utilized.
Initial intake session - $200
Individual therapy - $135 per hour session

Most couples therapy sessions are designed to help a couple find happiness by working on relationship skills such as emotional communication, conflict resolution, and boundary setting. Although these skills are important in successful relationships, there could be bigger underlying issues that have gone unrecognized and unaddressed. Working with each individual separately, helping them identify potential past trauma, can prepare them for better success as a couple.
